WATERTOWN, WI, May 30, 2009 /Wisconsin PR News/ -- Smart Solutions Inc. is offering a three day class from June 23-25, 2009 on Usability Testing. By attending this class, you will gain an understanding of the different types of usability tests that can be done on applications and web sites, and when and why to use specific tests. Hands-on interactive methods are used throughout the class, including "Learn-Discuss-Do-Discuss" and interacting throughout all stages: preparing for a test, facilitating, observing, and being a participant in a test.

Ron Sova (class instructor) has 15 years of experience in usability engineering. He specializes in information design, information visualization, and interaction design. He also has extensive experience in the areas of contextual inquiry, usability testing, prototype testing and evaluation.
