Pennsylvania Long Term Care Insurance Continuing Education (CE)

Information regarding Pennsylvania's new Long Term Care Insurance requirement for licensed insurance producers.

/Wisconsin PR News/ - BROOKFIELD, WI, September 09, 2007 - Quest CE, the leading provider of Insurance and Designation Continuing Education (CE) to the financial services industry, has filed a course to fulfill Pennsylvania's Long Term Care Insurance CE requirement.

Effective July 18, 2007, all producers licensed in the state of Pennsylvania who will sell Long Term Care Partnership insurance policies must complete the Pennsylvania Medicaid Long Term Care Services course before they can market Long Term Care services. The course will be approved for one credit of Pennsylvania insurance continuing education (CE) and will count towards the 24-hour insurance CE requirement.

This Long Term Care Partnership Agent training is not in addition to the 24 hours of insurance CE or required to be completed to renew an active insurance license; however, this training is a prerequisite to selling, soliciting, or negotiating Long Term Care insurance in the state of Pennsylvania.

"We at Quest CE pride ourselves in providing the training that our clients and customers need, when they need it," says Shelly Boss, Director of Client Services for Quest CE.

The course will retail for $19.95 and can be completed online at www.questce.com. Quest CE also offers Unlimited Insurance CE Packages for Pennsylvania insurance continuing education credit for $39.95.
