Phyllis Diller Endorses New Book by Disabled Grandma

/Wisconsin PR News/ - HARSHAW, WI, July 15, 2006 - Diller, recognized as the leading female standup comic in the world, sent a hand-written note to author Marsha Jordan after reading her book of inspirational, humorous essays. Diller says Hugs, Hope, and Peanut Butter is "totally charming."
Though her book has won two awards and received rave reviews across the country, Jordan says an endorsement from America's first successful and best loved female humorist tops them all. Besides getting good reviews, a portion of Hugs, Hope, and Peanut Butter received honorable mention in The World's Funniest Humor contest. In Hugs, Hope, and Peanut Butter, the author combines hope with humor to share hilarious accounts of everyday life from in-laws, car accidents and a day in the emergency room, to wild bears, pet pigs, and aging without grace.
